  • Continued investment in our employees, allocating $1,500 per employee for development along with complimentary 1:1 French tutoring sessions, ensuring they unlock their full potential and embrace new skills in an engaging way.
  • To ensure every employee’s journey begins on the right foot, we crafted Journey Capital 101—a dynamic 11-module Learning & Development program designed exclusively for our new hires, setting the stage for success from day one.
